Hello, my name is Allison. I am inspiration.  In Spirit. I am committed to inspiring the world. I invite others to embody their spirit and live authentically. Imagine a world where we fully accept ourselves.  Where you do not choose to act in certain ways around certain people. You accept every last bit of yourself and from this place you are free to live. Free to speak your truth. Free to make mistakes. Free to be silly. Free to laugh and celebrate.  

  My journey to spirit is a continuous remembering of who I truly am. It is a game in which I constantly catch myself shifting back and forth between love and fear. A moment-to-moment practice of choice; everything is choice. This awareness keeps me present to how I am being in life. I take full responsibility for my journey here on earth.  Nothing is happening to me. It is happening for me. I create everything. 

  After growing up in a rural community outside Peoria, IL and graduating from Illinois State University in Normal, IL, I began my journey west. My acting and Alexander Technique background fostered a fascination with the body, mind and spirit relationship.  In 2007, I graduated from Seven Centers Yogic Arts as a Nationally Certified Hatha Yoga Practitioner. I currently work as a Panchakarma Therapist with Dr. Douillard. I am also a Principle-Based Partner Yoga Teacher which allows me to encompass partners and communities.  

  In 2009, I graduated from Boulder College of Massage Therapy and am a Nationally Certified Massage and Bodywork Practitioner. I am also the Secretary and Membership Coordinator for The Massage In Schools Association International.  Through this work, I am committed to raising awareness around touch and its importance in our society.   I am now studying Biodynamic CranioSacral Therapy at the Colorado School of Energy Studies and creating Realm, a space to be.
